Direct Deposit—You and your employees will love the flexibility and convenience of Automatic Direct Deposit.  No more wasting valuable time in long bank lines, plus funds are available for use at the start of business on checkdate!

For added convenience we offer two options for paychecks:  Payroll checks drawn from your exisitng bank account or Total Payroll Checking Service , where payroll checks drawn from our checking account.

Check Signing and Stuffing—If you chose this options, each payroll we digitally sign each paycheck and seal them individually, thus saving time in preparation and ensuring confidentiality.   In addition, digital signing provides greater protection against fraud than rubber stamps.

User Friendly and Custom Reports— With our payroll reporting system,  there is no need to guess or memorize codes because we use English for all earnings, taxes, and deductions.   In addition, we offer optional reports to reduce unnecessary paperwork and custom reports, such as 401K, Vacation Balance, Workers Compensation, and G/L Reports, to eliminate time intensive labor for accounting and posting.  Contact Us to find out how we can design a reporting system to best suit your needs.
